Look into the mirror,
What do you see?
The faceplate of imagination, soul searching
me.
What can the world behold when this mind’s
unleashed?
A constant stream of emotions and
Love unending, they broil from within.
Those eyes they glisten with a river
of wrinkles
That flood the face when a smile shall
surface
And the world can behold a soul full
of colors
If only time would pause the judging
eyes and minds of others.
Remove the faceplate of the soul,
Let the feelings run free and see how
life is lived
When people let people be.
