Quidam's View

Fate Sisters

The bowl moon dips down

To scoop the ocean’s surface.

It fills and sinks below the earth,

Swallowed below the horizon

And drowns beneath the surface.

The golden moon was hung so askew on an invisible tie from God

Was cut with the scissors of the witches three

That determined the fate of Hercules.
